Passion for hospitality, service, and craft bartending
Previous bartending experience required; leadership experience preferred
Knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beer trends a plus

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards
Lead by example in delivering exceptional hospitality and service
Create and maintain a welcoming, professional, and energetic bar atmosphere
Train, mentor, and support bartenders and bar staff
Assist in developing seasonal cocktails, features, and bar offerings
Ensure consistency in drink quality, presentation, and service standards
Maintain full knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and club offerings
Manage bar setup, cleanliness, organization, and inventory levels
Monitor and assist with ordering, stocking, and bar pars
Accurately handle payments, tabs, and cash controls
Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service guidelines
Communicate effectively with service staff, kitchen, and leadership team
Assist with scheduling support, opening/closing duties, and daily operations
Help drive a fun, engaging, and memorable Member experience
