Requirements

• Passionate about Food & Beverage
• A minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
• Experience in Beverage operations
• A team player
• Hard worker
• Detail oriented
• Flexible and willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Ability to win multiple mixology awards.

Responsibilities

• Train team members to implement SOPs for the bar operation.
• Communicate to management the need for bar inventory and forecast in demand menu items.
• Create detailed nightly reports of staff performance, clientele incidences, and maintenance issues.
