About The Position

As a Starbucks Lead Barista at Meijer, you will gain exposure to a variety of retail tasks related to additional services provided by the store, products, and customer service. You will help create positive, lasting customer experiences by assisting with Starbucks orders, suggesting products, and providing quality service while following safety and sanitation procedures. The role also involves working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, building customer relationships, and stocking products and displays according to merchandising standards.

Requirements
