About The Position

This position is responsible for modeling our customer service commitment, delivering high-quality products, maintaining a safe and clean store, and confidently running shifts that create the Starbucks experience for our baristas and customers.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in Starbucks with point of sale (POS) cash tendering knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Thorough knowledge of the point of sale system and cash handling accuracy
Complete knowledge of outlet offerings and preparations
Increased speed in processing guest orders
Outlet-specific standard operating procedures
Point of sale (POS) system
Completes all Starbucks required training

Responsibilities

Maintains outlet inventory/supplies as well as outlet cleanliness
Performs point of sale (POS) functions, including comps and voids
Makes coffee and specialty drink items and fills food orders
Assigns Baristas to daily stations
Communicates inventory needs and maintenance problems to management
Sets up stations and performs side work and opening/closing duties as directed by the supervisor
Receives, fills, and delivers stock orders/requisitions
Assists with the certification of new baristas
Complies with and maintains safety and sanitation standards
