About The Position
This position is responsible for leading the coffee shop outlet operation and ensures staff provides a memorable and legendary experience for all guests. Responsible for providing fast, friendly and world-class hospitality to all guests. Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.
Requirements
- Experience in a lead or supervisory role in a food service or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Flexibility to accommodate last-minute requests and changes.
