About The Position

The Bank Administration Lead is responsible for distributing and managing the workload among the Bank Administration Associates, providing weekly productivity updates to Treasury leadership, playing a key role on cross-functional initiatives in addition to performing principal bank administration duties.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or relevant 1-2 years banking/treasury experience
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Excel and Word experience

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with treasury management systems or bank proprietary systems
  • Previous banking or treasury operational experience

Responsibilities

  • Distribute and manage daily workload of the Bank Administration Associates
  • Maintain metrics and provide Treasury leadership with weekly productivity reports
  • Train and support Bank Administration Associates on operational procedures
  • Partner with the Store Operations and Asset Protection teams in executing cross-functional initiatives
  • Prepare and coordinate execution of bank account documentation
  • Establish on-line banking services for new accounts
  • Identify and assign banks for new stores and bank changes and communicate with appropriate stakeholders
  • Account load/update internal systems with appropriate banking information
  • Work with bank contacts to troubleshoot operational issues
  • Maintain tracking logs for new store bank accounts, bank changes and authorized signatories
  • Meet established productivity metrics
  • Perform miscellaneous duties and special projects as needed
