About The Position

The Lead Attendant coordinates and directs the daily activities of Attendants in Environmental Services. Accountable for moving, transporting, and/or handling hazardous waste with the facility. Requirements

• No Education Required
• Housekeeping/environment services 1-3 years
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations, and to read and follow written instructions commensurate with requisite education.
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities commensurate with experience.
• Demonstrable leadership potential.
• Ability to maintain working relationships with co-workers.
• Ability to set priorities, coordinate multiple tasks, and maintain control of own and others' work flow.

Responsibilities

• Assists in supervision and coordination of assignments for Associates.
• Assures continuity of quality service in the Supervisor’s absence.
• Moves, transports and/or handles harzardous waste within the facility.
• Assists with controlling usage of supplies and dilution of chemicals.
• Performs other job functions as assigned or requested.
