About The Position
As a Lead – Assembly, you will coordinate the day-to-day operations of a group of employees. You will assign, monitor and review progress and accuracy of work, direct efforts and provide technical guidance on more complex issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years of assembly/manufacturing experience
- Must be knowledgeable in D365, AX and other systems.
- Ability to use tools to make or repair parts and products.
- Interpret technical documents, such as diagrams, schematics, blueprints, or other verbal or written instructions such as standard work.
- Intermediate computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite
- Work in a team environment with other members of a line or group to assemble products.
- Meet all safety requirements of the company and industry.
- Ability to use reason to solve problems as they arise.
Responsibilities
- Prepares work schedules, assigns works, and oversees the work product
- Reviews work orders, production specifications, technical instructions, facility requirements, tool requisition, equipment, and supplies for section.
- Reviews and compile operations records, such as yield, scrap, and maintenance costs
