About The Position

Accenture seeks a Lead Architect to lead and deliver modern workplace technology transformations. The role designs, implements, and supports secure, scalable enterprise solutions, and provides technical direction, architecture guidance, and strategic recommendations for digital employee experience initiatives. It drives cross-domain analysis, assesses technology capabilities against industry practices, and defines implementation roadmaps to improve employee productivity, experience, and operational efficiency. Travel may be required, varying from 25% to 100% based on business needs and client requirements.

Requirements

At least 10 years of experience in Workplace Technology Solutions.
At least 7 years of experience with Authentication and Identity Management.
At least 7 years of experience with Desktop Transformation, Active Directory (AD), and NEXThink.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) of work experience; applicants with an associate’s degree must have at least 6 years of work experience.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Ability to lead teams and develop team members.
Analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
Good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Previous consulting practice experience.
