About The Position

We are seeking a senior, customer-facing Lead Architect to drive automation and monitoring across enterprise infrastructure environments, while also serving as a Regional Site Lead. This role requires an architect with enterprise-level credibility who can define direction, engage senior stakeholders, and translate that into practical, production-ready solutions. The focus is on automation and observability patterns that improve reliability, reduce manual effort, and enable more predictable operations. In parallel, as Regional Site Lead, this individual will represent the regional delivery function, acting as a key liaison between Client IT, business operations, and executive stakeholders. The role brings a broader leadership lens—ensuring alignment between strategy, delivery, and business outcomes, while contributing to large-scale initiatives and proposals. This is a leadership role responsible for defining frameworks, leading detailed design discussions, securing customer alignment, and driving implementation through engineering and operations teams.

Requirements

  • Certified Enterprise Architect or equivalent experience with proven enterprise engagement
  • Strong experience in infrastructure automation and platform engineering
  • Deep expertise in PowerShell, Ansible, and VMware environments
  • Strong understanding of monitoring and observability in enterprise environments
  • Experience engaging with executive stakeholders and contributing to strategic proposals
  • Proven ability to act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Experience driving implementation through distributed engineering teams
  • Ability to balance architectural thinking with practical delivery

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders, including senior technical and executive leadership
  • Serve as the regional leadership point of contact, representing delivery, priorities, and performance for the location
  • Operate as a liaison between Client IT and business/operations teams, ensuring alignment across technology and operational objectives
  • Engage in executive-level discussions, shaping strategy and aligning solutions to business outcomes
  • Contribute to big-picture proposals, transformation initiatives, and strategic planning efforts
  • Define target-state automation and observability patterns aligned to business and operational outcomes
  • Lead roadmap discussions focused on practical, staged adoption
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, outcome-driven messaging
  • Define and evolve automation strategies across infrastructure domains such as compute, storage, backup, network, and cloud
  • Establish reusable patterns for provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management
  • Define standards and frameworks using PowerShell, Ansible, and VMware tooling
  • Guide engineering teams in implementation, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Define and implement monitoring approaches that improve signal quality and operational visibility
  • Drive reduction of non-actionable alerts and alignment to business services
  • Shape integration of monitoring platforms with event management and ITSM workflows
  • Ensure monitoring and automation patterns work together to enable more proactive operations
  • Lead the design of automation-driven server builds, migrations, and lifecycle processes
  • Improve speed, consistency, and risk profile of infrastructure changes
  • Ensure automation is embedded into standard operational workflows
  • Define and enforce automation standards including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and coding practices
  • Ensure automation frameworks are scalable, maintainable, and production-ready
  • Establish patterns that can be consistently applied across teams
  • Work across infrastructure, application, and operations teams to drive adoption of defined patterns
  • Influence cross-tower alignment through strong technical leadership
  • Provide regional oversight of delivery execution, escalation management, and performance tracking
  • Support governance routines and ensure clear communication between regional teams and global leadership
  • Lead implementation efforts by coordinating engineering teams and tracking delivery against outcomes
  • Ensure clear documentation, standards, and knowledge transfer to support scale
