Requirements

2+ years of experience in mechanical, carpentry, installation, or another hands-on trade
Mechanical or carpentry trade experience is preferred
Leadership experience is a plus
Physically capable of lifting more than 75 lbs. and regularly bending and kneeling while completing installations.

Responsibilities

Lead your two-person team, guiding and training your installation partner while setting the standard for quality work.
Install kitchen and laundry appliances, including the necessary water, electrical, and gas connections.
Troubleshoot installation challenges in the field and coordinate with technical support or management when additional assistance is needed.
Serve customers professionally by confirming installation details, protecting their homes, and explaining proper appliance use and maintenance.
Maintain a safe, organized, and properly stocked delivery truck while following safe installation and driving practices.
Coordinate with the Installation Manager, sales team, service department, and other installers to keep each installation running smoothly.
Manage your daily installations independently, taking ownership of the work and your truck team while in the field.
