About The Position

Mr. Appliance is looking for a Lead Appliance Repair Technician. This role is for a technician who is skilled in appliance repair, enjoys teaching others, and wants to help improve the home life of families in the community. The ideal candidate values working with a positive team, having fun, and protecting their free time, with no nights or weekends required. Ongoing training will be provided.

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

Previous experience of four years or more in appliance repair is a plus!

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair home appliances by troubleshooting, providing cost estimates, communicating with the customer, and collecting payments.
Lead a team of Appliance Repair Technicians to properly diagnose and repair appliances.
Serve as a resource and technical support for the team.
Effectively communicate with the office.
