About The Position

Seldin Company is seeking a Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician at The Victoria at Huxley Yards apartment community in Madison, WI. This is a Tax Credit property with 250 units. This position will pay up to $29.00 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education. The Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician will diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs and provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents.

Requirements

• Maintenance experience
• Three to four years of related experience or training
• Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
• Ability to work independently
• EPA or HVAC certification is required
• Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
• Be available for on-call maintenance schedule

• Diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs
