About The Position

Seldin Company is seeking a Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician at The Kelloms apartment communities in Omaha, NE. This is an affordable property group with 159 units. This position will pay up to $30.00 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

Requirements

• Maintenance experience
• Three to four years of related experience or training
• Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
• Ability to work independently
• EPA or HVAC certification is required
• Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
• Be available for on-call maintenance schedule

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs
• Provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents
