About The Position

The Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician will diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs and provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents. This role is for Seldin Company at Bellevue Place & Mission House Vue apartment communities in Bellevue, NE, which are HUD Senior properties with 84 units.

Requirements

Maintenance experience
Three to four years of related experience or training
Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
Ability to work independently
EPA or HVAC certification is required
Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather

Responsibilities

Diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs
Provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents
Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
