Performs specialized analytical duties in the operation and maintenance of assigned area. Responsibilities include collecting, analyzing and developing data relative to area, making recommendations and assisting in implementation of projects. Work is performed under general supervision with latitude for independent judgment in accordance with established policies and procedures. Support HUNT SON leadership in preparing and submitting EPAFs, EOPs, and personnel documentation for faculty, clinical faculty, and staff. Assist the Managing Director with salary analysis reports to support departmental staffing needs. Process Hunt School of Nursing purchase orders for daily operations, including formal and informal bids, sole source procurements, and multi-year contracts. Manage accounts payable functions, including invoice payments, tracking receipt of goods and services, entering receipts in TechBuy, maintaining procurement records, and reconciling accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies. Manage property inventory certification for school assets, including scanning, verifying serial numbers and locations against reports, and submitting required forms to the Property Management System. Prepare and submit procurement card (P-Card) records to the Managing Director of Finance for review and to the Business Affairs Department for approval in accordance with institutional policies. Submit budget transactions for departmental travel, purchasing, and procurement card activity, ensuring compliance with established guidelines. Review expense and travel forms from other administrative staff in the school for accuracy, funding compliance, and adherence to State of Texas guidelines before submitting to the Managing Director for approval. Process travel for the Dean’s Office and SON Leadership as needed. Assist the Managing Director and Chief Analyst with the budget preparation process. Assist the Managing Director with financial and administrative projects to support the school’s strategic goals and objectives. Remain current with all licensure, certifications, and mandatory compliance and training requirements for this position. Adhere to all policies, procedures, and practices (Regents Rules, TTUS, HSECEP OPs, etc. Personally, and consistently, demonstrate, display and act in accordance with Texas Tech Health El Paso’s Values (Service, Respect, Accountability, Integrity, Advancement, and Teamwork).
