About The Position

Establish rigorous promotional analytics for the U.S. Companion Animal portfolio. Define KPIs and hypotheses pre-launch, ensure GTN-aligned designs and guardrails, measure incremental impact with appropriate methods, and deliver insights that improve share, trial, compliance, and price realization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, or related.
  • 6+ years in commercial analytics, pricing/promotion analytics, revenue management, or similar roles in life sciences/regulated B2B; demonstrated KPI design and measurement methodology expertise.
  • Strong quantitative skills; proficiency in SQL, Excel, BI tools; excellent communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

  • Translate marketing objectives into measurable KPIs and testable hypotheses; ensure GTN promo strategy aligns with pricing guardrails and value narrative; advise on stacking risk.
  • Maintain portfolio GTN merchandising calendar; de-conflict promotions; validate intake completeness; coordinate approvals and execution readiness.
  • Collaborate with Business Analytics team to direct data assembly and analysis; apply experimental or quasi-experimental methods to isolate incremental impact; quantify outcomes beyond ROI (volume, share, placements, retention, mix).
  • Maintain promo playbook, guardrails, KPI standards, and reporting cadence; partner with Data & Analytics on dashboards; educate stakeholders.
