Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/. Finance ERP Strategy & Operations is recruiting a Lead Analyst to join the Global Corporate Applications team. This role will support all aspects of the best-in-class technology for the processes in scope of Corporate Applications with a current focus on the CoStar application: leading deployments, driving platform optimization, and ensuring CoStar delivers a seamless, compliant, and intuitive user experience across our global finance ecosystem. The candidate will lead the alignment of business goals with user needs and platform optimization. Potential candidates will require a broad understanding of the J&J Operating Model, and it is critical that the individual approaches the role with a global and agile mindset. This individual must leverage a refined, multi-functional toolset of business expertise, technical knowledge, and financial acumen to effectively interact with a breadth of finance stakeholders and global processes.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or similar business discipline required
  • A minimum of 4 years of finance experience is required
  • Extensive knowledge of financial and accounting processes
  • Ability to use technology to effectively work in a Global role is required
  • Experience with independently and efficiently troubleshooting system-related issues with a customer service mindset
  • Ability to translate complex process requirements into intuitive user experiences
  • Strong change management skills and ability to work in ambiguous situations, including the ability to drive others to adapt to a changing environment
  • Advanced level of proficiency with common Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Ability to motivate and empower others to achieve a desired action
  • Demonstration of Planning, Prioritization and Project Management skills are critical to success and is highly preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Professional certification (e.g. CPA, CMA, PMP) is a plus
  • Innovative and continuous improvement mindset with the ability to translate a complex business operations landscape into a streamlined process design.
  • Experience in J&J FS&T, Global Services or JJT
  • Experience working in a complex, multi-system environment.
  • Experience of leading cross functional teams and managing relationships with business customers
  • Experience of Jira, ServiceNow, Blackline, Cadency, CoStar, and SAP software at an operational level

Responsibilities

  • Own issue resolution: investigate incidents, liaise with vendor and internal teams, document requirements, and drive remediation and system improvements.
  • Liaise with end users and vendor to identify issues and potential system enhancements, define requirements, communicate solutions, and ensure the system continues to support evolving business initiatives.
  • Perform end user support and guidance for Corporate Applications technology solution, applying judgement to differentiate process-related questions from technical issues
  • Maintain the integrity of global Service Management work flows to ensure efficient and timely prioritization of requests and issues.
  • Ensure that processes are aligned with CIA and SOX compliance requirements, SOPs, and system security protocols.
  • Monitor, test, and communicate upgrades and enhancements through a standard governance process
