About The Position

Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio is currently hiring a Lead Aftermarket Coordinator for their East Cleveland warehouse. In this role, you will handle and process incoming donations, control inventory, and support the salvage workforce. The ideal candidate will have experience driving a forklift, be comfortable working with a team, and be capable of leading the work of others within their department at the warehouse.

Requirements

• Experience driving a forklift
• Comfortable working with a team
• Ability to judge distance, speed and movement of objects
• Ability to monitor indicators to make sure a machine is working properly
• Ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer), and adequate distance to guide the parking of vehicles
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Background check required

Nice To Haves

• Tow motor experience preferred
