This role will embody our culture, serving clients and leveraging our centralized client experience, marketing, business development, and operations teams. The Lead Advisor acts as a Personal CFO for existing and new clients, leading the client relationship, delivering an exceptional experience, and designing, implementing, and managing the wealth management plan that supports their passions and purpose – their “Life Plan.” This role leverages internal and external resources to achieve client objectives in areas such as Investment Management, Estate Planning, Tax Planning, Risk Management, and General Planning. The Lead Advisor communicates our unique value proposition to prospective clients, works to establish Brighton Jones as their trusted financial advisor, and proactively develops and expands relationships within the community. This role also cultivates deep relationships with custodial retail branches in collaboration with the national team and creates opportunities to represent Brighton Jones at public speaking events. Additionally, the Lead Advisor leads a local service team with deep collaboration to ensure client retention and satisfaction through a relentless focus on remarkable service.
