WSP is currently initiating a search for a Lead Administrative Project Coordinator for our Tacoma, WA office. Be involved in projects with our Transportation and Infrastructure Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our clients’ objectives and helps solve their challenges. Your Impact Support executive-level staff by providing day-to-day support and project assistance. Prepare and edit project-related reports and analysis, correspondence and communications including letters, memos and reports, potentially including confidential information. Create presentations, arrange meetings, take meeting minutes, schedule appointments, maintain executives calendars and other office calendars, edit correspondence, and perform other related duties. Take responsibility for planning, scheduling, and coordinating team activities in order to effectively and efficiently complete the tasks at hand. Maintain databases and archive all relevant documents, reporting and data requirements, and change requests and approvals. Present data in an easily digestible and appropriate format. Prepare all relevant documentation for meetings and facilitate meetings when necessary. Assists with document controls. Work directly with project teams. Solve problems and identify opportunities for process improvements to meet evolving business needs. Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures Perform additional responsibilities as required by business.
