The LDP Coordinator provides administrative, technical, and data support for the Lineworker Development Program, assisting with training coordination, employee enrollment, LMS maintenance, and documentation. This position is on‑site in Mount Airy, NC and reports to the Learning and Development Department. Requirements

  • Associate's degree and/or 1+ years of related hands-on experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Lineworker Development Program within an assigned group.
  • Support the development, scheduling, and delivery of training materials by communicating with both Operations and Leadership at Pike.
  • Support maintenance and functionality of the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Provide documentation and enrollment support for new hires and active employees participating in the Learning Development Program (LDP).
  • Help resolve IT-related issues associated with the Lineworker Development Program.
  • Provide support to participants by assisting with application access and document upload issues.
  • Support the research, collection, and coordination of employee training transcripts from line schools.
  • Help register enrolled employees in the North Carolina Community College System using NCRAN.
  • Perform data entry and record maintenance related to employee training and development, with emphasis on accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
