LCSW (Social Services Consultant)
About The Position
We are currently seeking a LCSW (Social Services Consultant) to join our outstanding healthcare team! This position will be independent contractor for consultation services on an as needed basis, estimated at an average of 2-3 hours per month. Pay is $35-45 hourly. LCSW (Social Services Consultant) shall provide social services consultation to Alta Gardens as needed to support compliance and operational requirements for a skilled nursing facility with a licensed bed capacity exceeding 120 beds. Services may include, but are not limited to: ● Social services consultation and guidance ● Psychosocial support advisement ● Chart review and documentation consultation ● Regulatory and compliance support related to social services requirements ● Staff guidance as needed within Consultant’s scope and licensure
