The Behavioral Health Clinician will provide assessment and evidenced-based care to individuals, families, and groups in a variety of settings. This individual will be part of a comprehensive Behavioral Health team that services consultation and liaison in the Emergency Departments and inpatient units of medical facilities, as well as the clinical intake, inpatient psychiatric units, and outpatient clinics within the Behavioral Health Service Line and Primary Care Service Lines At Presbyterian, it's not just what we do that matters. Our full-service program supports adults, children and adolescents, and includes inpatient services, a multidisciplinary outpatient clinic, intensive outpatient treatment, emergency and consultative services and behavioral medicine services embedded in primary care. This position provides clinical services (behavioral health, substance abuse, health behavior change) aligned with the Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) model. Applicants should have an interest in and/or experience with brief interventions, team-based care, a wide variety of psychiatric, substance abuse and behavioral medicine problems, and diverse populations.
