About The Position

Innovative Counseling Partners is a private practice offering mental health counseling and therapy to the communities we serve. We are currently hiring: Licensed Clinical Social Workers with prior supervisory experience, enjoy growing staff and who have expertise working with adults, families, couples, children AND adolescents. We prefer you to be bilingual as we really honor bilingualism. Therapists are considered employees. The compensation varies between $65-$80.00 per clinical hour depending on your licensure, billing entity and type of session/CPT code provided. Supervision compensation is paid in an additional monthly salary and varies based on the number of supervisees you oversee.

Requirements

• Current State of Illinois license as an LCSW with the Illinois Department of Professional Regulations
• Minimum of 1-3 years working in the behavioral health field as a supervisor
• Passionate about helping others
• Ability to work a minimum of (12) clinical session hours with clients per week with the option to expand to full-time status if interested

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual
• Prior Private Practice clinical experience
• Experience in Community Mental Health or Behavioral Health Hospital
• Registered with CAQH and has an NPI number
• Formal Clinical Training and Experience in Play Therapy and/or Art Therapy
• Formal Clinical Training and Experience in Dialectical and Behavior Therapy (DBT)
• Formal Clinical Training and Experience in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
• Formal Clinical Training and Experience in EMDR

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff
• Provide clinical supervision
• Work with adults, families, couples, children, and adolescents
