About The Position

Avenues Recovery Center is seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor for their Detox and Residential facility in Indianapolis, IN. This role involves supporting the Clinical Director, managing the daily execution of the clinical program, overseeing client engagement and morale, facilitating groups, maintaining a client caseload, ensuring compliance with client documentation, and providing Utilization Review support. The facility is a 144-bed detox and residential rehab center offering evidence-based treatment, comprehensive medical care, and MAT options. The staff is multidisciplinary and the facility is described as clean, bright, modern, and nurturing.

Requirements

Master's degree or higher in related field preferred
3 years experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferred
Current licensure necessary to practice in this state for this role - LCAC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC
Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills
Positive, warm, and dignified character which models recovery principles

Responsibilities

Support and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties
Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical program
Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment
Facilitate group occasionally and maintain small client caseload
Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation
Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment
