The Outpatient (OP) Substance Use Disorder (SUD) counselor will provide substance use services to individuals diagnosed with substance use disorder. These services include but are not limited to psychoeducational groups, group counseling, individual counseling, service coordination, skills training, screenings, assessments, and treatment planning. The OP SUD program and staff will operate under trauma-informed and recovery-oriented models of care which align with CCBHC standards. The OP SUD treatment counselor will be supervised by the Program Administrator and/or SUD Clinical Supervisor. For LCDC Interns, they would be required to complete supervision with QCC as required by LCDC Intern guidelines and complete KSAs as required.
