About The Position

Precision Aviation Group (PAG) is seeking an LCD Assembly Technician Level 2 for its Precision Display Repairs (PDR) facility in Camarillo, CA. The technician will be responsible for performing visual inspections, functional tests, diagnoses, and repairs of LCD units. This includes mechanical disassembly, repair, and re-assembly of defective displays following PDR's established procedures, tooling, and equipment.

Requirements

Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience.
Ability to read, write, and understand the English language.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, procedures, and instructions.
Good vision and manual dexterity.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work well with others.
Basic soldering skills.
At least 5+ years electronic assembly experience in Operations, Production or Service, or related field preferred.
Requires sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
Requires frequent walking, bending, and reaching to shoulder level.
Requires occasional squatting, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling weight up to 10 pounds.
Requires repetitive hand movement.
Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity.
Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.

Nice To Haves

Ability to read technical drawings/wire lists is a plus.

Responsibilities

Performs visual inspections, functional tests, diagnoses, and repair of LCD units.
