About The Position

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing operations by assembling components and subassemblies, performing inspections, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing environments with a focus on quality and precision.
Strong knowledge of assembly tools, fixtures, and mechanical components.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical documents.
Proficiency in using hand tools and basic measuring instruments.
Familiarity with safety standards and quality control procedures in a manufacturing setting.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in assembly or manufacturing roles.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow established processes.
Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assemble mechanical and electromechanical components according to work instructions and blueprints.
Perform quality inspections and functional tests on assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve assembly issues and improve processes.
Document assembly activities and report any deviations or defects promptly.
