About The Position

They are seeking a Legal Counsel to join their international team of digital nomads, who work remotely from all over the world. Requirements

• Proven experience in contract lifecycle management
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law
• Knowledge of consumer protection laws in the EU and in the USA
• Knowledge of marketing and advertising compliance laws in the EU and in the USA
• Knowledge of the EU and the US digital legislature, AI governance
• Russian C1+
• English B2+

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage a variety of commercial contracts across jurisdictions and departments, ensuring timely execution and legal consistency.
• Manage the formation, maintenance, and dissolution of legal entities globally.
• Develop internal governance frameworks and ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements.
• Act as a legal point of contact for cross-functional teams, handling day-to-day legal queries and providing practical, timely solutions on a broad range of topics.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Compliance, HR, and Operations to support broader strategic initiatives and risk management.
• Help maintain and update internal legal resources, templates, and training materials to promote self-service and reduce reliance on ad hoc legal requests.
• Drive the automation and continuous improvement of routine legal workflows to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual workload.
