Lawn & Property Upkeep Supervisor
About The Position
Established in 1970, Boley Centers, Inc. is a private, non-profit organization serving individuals with mental disabilities, individuals and families who are homeless, Veterans and youth in Pinellas County. Boley Centers, Inc., a nationally recognized and accredited behavioral health care agency, has an opening for a full-time Lawn & Property Upkeep Supervisor responsible for supervising the lawn and grounds care team while ensuring Boley properties maintain safe, clean, and visually appealing exterior environments. The supervisor coordinates daily assignments, maintains landscaping equipment, and identifies property upkeep improvements that support strong curb appeal across agency locations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 5 years of landscaping, grounds care, or property upkeep experience preferred.
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Must pass a Level II background check and drug screen
Responsibilities
- Daily supervision of Lawn & Grounds Care Specialists
- Maintaining curb appeal and exterior property appearance
- Safe operation and maintenance of landscaping equipment
- Coordination of grounds care work across agency properties
