About The Position

Horizon Landscape is seeking a full-time Lawn Maintenance Production Supervisor with experience in the landscape industry. This role involves managing field operations, including routing crews, ensuring safe operations, quality control, client satisfaction, and the efficiency of maintenance and enhancement crews. The supervisor will assist in leading the department, coordinate with the Department Account Manager and Administrator for database accuracy and communication, and oversee daily site operations. Responsibilities include delegating work, ensuring crews stay on budget while meeting quality standards, and supporting the Account Manager with estimating and budgeting to ensure profitability. The position also involves implementing hands-on training for crew members on equipment operation, techniques, safety, and quality standards, as well as developing and reviewing employee growth plans and providing necessary counsel and discipline.
