About The Position
Three Seasons Landscapes is seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to join their team as Lawn Maintenance Crew Members. This role involves assisting in the care and maintenance of residential and commercial landscapes, ensuring properties remain pristine and well-groomed. Requirements
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in lawn maintenance or landscaping is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing to maintain lawns.
- Assist with weeding, mulching, pruning, and general plant care.
- Apply fertilizers and other treatments as directed.
- Conduct seasonal clean-ups, aeration, and overseeding.
- Work closely with crew leaders and team members to complete tasks efficiently.
- Follow instructions and company procedures to ensure quality results.
- Assist in loading and unloading equipment and materials.
- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely and properly.
- Follow all safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment as required.
- Report any equipment issues or hazards to supervisors.
