Lawn Maintenance Account Manager
About The Position
Horizon Landscape is seeking a full-time, highly motivated individual with experience in the landscape industry for our Lawn Maintenance Account Manager position. As an Account Manager, you will be the primary contact for our lawn maintenance clients, building and sustaining long-term relationships that ensure satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. You will perform site walkthroughs with clients to ensure quality and service expectations are met and for resolving any client concerns, leading to securing contract renewals. Your responsibilities will include business and relationship development with new and existing clients by proactively presenting site enhancement ideas, upselling and cross-selling our services, and creating accurate project estimates that maintain acceptable gross margins in line with the company's financial goals. Also in this position, you will assist in leading the team and provide field support to maintenance production supervisors and crews. You will coordinate with your department administrator to ensure client databases are up to date, and maintain satisfactory accounts receivable levels.
Requirements
- Account management experience in the lawn maintenance industry.
- Client service, management, and leadership experience within the landscaping/green industry.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Ability to coach, develop, and lead teams.
