About The Position
We are seeking experienced and team-oriented individuals to fill our Lawn Maintenance Foreman position. As a Foreman, you will lead the team in the field and be involved in various service and installation tasks while maintaining the company's quality and safety standards. Requirements
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience of landscape work (mulch, topsoil, stone, sod, grass, hedge trimming, planting, and flower installations, etc.).
- Experience with equipment such as ride-on mowers, string trimmers/weed whackers, backpack blowers, hedge trimmers, and hand tools.
- Positive attitude.
- Respectful, honest, reliable, and self-motivated.
- Excellent mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work outdoors in various conditions, either independently or as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- Green industry experience may lead to consideration for other positions within Irrigation or Turf Care Departments.
