About The Position

Circuit of The Americas (COTA) is seeking a Lawn Chair Rental Crew Member for seasonal, part-time employment. This role is crucial for enhancing the guest experience at the Germania Insurance Amphitheater by managing the rental, distribution, collection, and inventory of lawn chairs. The position requires providing friendly and efficient service to support event-day operations.

Requirements

Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Ability to lift, carry, and move lawn chairs and equipment weighing up to 35 pounds
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the concert schedule
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or events preferred
Knowledge of live event or venue operations is a plus

Responsibilities

Rent and distribute lawn chairs to guests on event days.
Process transactions accurately using venue point-of-sale systems.
Educate guests on rental procedures, pricing, and venue policies.
Assist with set up and breakdown of lawn chair rental locations.
Maintain accurate inventory counts before, during, and after each event.
Collect and organize returned lawn chairs following each event.
Monitor rental inventory throughout the event and communicate restocking needs to supervisors.
Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with questions or concerns.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
Work collaboratively with Guest Services, Operations, and other event staff to support venue operations.
Assist with additional event-day responsibilities as assigned.
