About The Position

Greenhow is hiring a Seasonal Lawn Aeration Team Member to join their fall lawn care crew. This full-time position begins immediately and runs through September 30th, their busiest and most important lawn improvement season. The team member will work outdoors every day as part of a 2-person team, helping homeowners improve their lawns through aeration and overseeding services throughout Eastern Massachusetts.

Requirements

• Enjoys working outdoors all day
• Can repeatedly lift and carry 50-pound bags
• Is dependable and arrives on time every day
• Can safely operate equipment on hills, slopes, and different terrain types
• Works well as part of a team
• Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Has a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Aerate residential lawns using walk-behind and ride-on aerators
• Spread grass seed and lawn products using commercial spreaders
• Load and unload equipment and materials
• Work with a teammate to complete daily routes efficiently
• Provide friendly, professional service to customers
