About The Position
Mainely Grass is seeking motivated lawn care technicians to join their team, the premier Lawn Care provider in New England. They serve customers throughout Maine, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire. As a Lawn Care Technician, you will be on the front line, providing best-in-class Lawn Care services to residential and commercial customers. The pay rate is $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience. Mainely Grass offers growth opportunities and encourages personal and professional development.
Requirements
- Must be willing and able to secure a state applicator's license. We will pay for your training!
- Valid Driver's License in good standing
- Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to lift/carry 50 lb. bags of product
Nice To Haves
- State Applicators License is encouraged, but not required!
Responsibilities
- Apply fertilizer, herbicides, and pesticides using cutting-edge methods
- Conduct thorough inspections of lawns, diagnosing issues, and providing insightful education to customers
- Safely operate lawn application equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service by focusing on the details and communicating issues to customers
- Build strong relationships with customers through face-to-face interactions, attending to their property
