About The Position
Weed Man Billings is hiring dependable, hardworking people to manage their own lawn care route in Billings, MT. This is not a mowing or landscaping job. As a Turf Management Technician, you'll manage your own route, drive a company vehicle, apply professional fertilizer and weed control treatments, and help homeowners get healthier, greener lawns. Every day is a new set of properties, new problems to solve, and a direct line between your work and your paycheck. We are looking for someone who takes pride in being dependable. Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
- Reliable, self-motivated, and professional — someone who shows up on time, every time
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, and everything in between
- Able to regularly lift 40–50 pounds
- Available to work occasional Saturdays during peak season (spring/summer)
Nice To Haves
- No lawn care or landscaping experience required
- Any major is welcome; no turf or ag background needed.
Responsibilities
- Apply fertilizer and weed control treatments using professional equipment and approved products
- Evaluate lawn and turf conditions and recommend solutions to customers
- Manage a daily route safely, efficiently, and independently
- Deliver outstanding customer service and represent the company professionally
- Maintain accurate service records and keep equipment clean and organized
- Identify opportunities for new business through customer conversations and neighborhood introductions
