About The Position

Ryan Lawn & Tree is seeking a Turf Route Manager to manage a route of 400-500 customers, delivering excellent account management and customer service. The role involves performing turfgrass applications, fertilization, disease control, and other lawn care services. This position is based in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in green or agricultural industry preferred
High School Diploma or GED required
Valid Driver's License
Ability to obtain DOT certification
Ability to obtain and maintain state issued pesticide applicator license, turfgrass within 3 months
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Must pass pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana), criminal background check, MVR check, and DOT physical.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor or Associates degree in agronomy, turfgrass or agricultural sciences is a plus

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain a route of 400-500 residential and commercial lawn care customers
Perform weed control, fertilization, and other turf treatments
Provide exceptional customer service and account management
Handle turf bid requests and create proposals for potential clients
Efficiently manage daily routes to ensure timely and quality service
Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive lawn care solutions
