About The Position

Native Pest Management is seeking a motivated Lawn Care Technician to join their team. This role involves managing your own route, providing high-quality treatments to residential and commercial properties. The technician will work independently, meeting with customers, diagnosing issues, and applying treatments to achieve healthy, green lawns. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and customer interaction through service and education.

Requirements

• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum relevant experience as a Lawn Care Technician at a pest control company or similar role.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule.
• Excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Must successfully pass all pre-employment screening (criminal history, driving record, work history, academic credentials, licenses, and certifications).

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service experience.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish.
