About The Position

Plant Healthcare is hiring a Lawn Care Technician to provide lawn care services and help diagnose and resolve turf, weed, and shrub problems on customers’ properties. The role involves outdoor, hands-on work and emphasizes environmentally responsible lawn care treatments, customer service, and learning within the industry. Training is provided. The position is an immediate full-time opportunity with starting pay of $20+ per hour, based on experience.

Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform laborer duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in landscaping or lawn care is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care services, including aeration, pest control, and fertilization.
• Assist with general landscaping tasks.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Ensure properties are clean and well-maintained after each job.
• Diagnose and resolve turf, weed, and shrub problems.
