About The Position

Naturescape of St. Louis, MO is seeking to hire a Lawn Care Specialist to provide our customers with outstanding services for their residential and commercial properties. This role offers a career in lawn and landscape care with a stable, family-owned business, where you can be a valued and respected member of a close-knit team. The position involves independent work in the great outdoors, with flexible scheduling options for full-time, part-time, and seasonal employees. You will be the face of the company in the field, managing a route and transforming landscapes. Your "office" changes daily as you navigate to properties to complete precision lawn care, lawn aeration, mowing, tree/shrub care and pruning, and mosquito control. You will also act as a consultant and problem-solver, assessing lawn health and landscape needs, and communicating effectively with clients. Adaptability is key, as you will pivot to snow removal and other winter work opportunities during the off-season. This is a licensed specialist position requiring state pesticide certifications. The company emphasizes continuous learning and development, encouraging a "learning by doing" approach.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and good driving record
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Motivated with a desire to learn

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a general laborer, construction worker, landscaper, groundskeeper, or lawn mower.
