Naturescape of Janesville, WI is seeking to hire a Lawn Care Specialist to provide our customers with outstanding services for their residential and commercial properties. You will be the face of the company in the field, managing a route and transforming landscapes. Your "office" changes daily as you navigate to residential and commercial properties to complete precision lawn care, lawn aeration, mowing, tree/shrub care and pruning, and mosquito control. You will also act as a consultant and problem-solver, explaining services and assessing landscape needs. Adaptability is key, as you will pivot to snow removal in the winter to ensure customers stay safe and mobile. This is a licensed specialist position requiring state pesticide certifications. The company emphasizes a "learning by doing" approach and invests in employee development, regardless of prior experience.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and good driving record
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Motivated with a desire to learn

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a general laborer, construction worker, landscaper, groundskeeper, or lawn mower.
