About The Position

Naturescape of Schaumburg, IL is seeking to hire a Lawn Care Specialist to provide our customers with outstanding services for their residential and commercial properties. This role offers a career in lawn and landscape care with a stable, family-owned business, where you can be a valued and respected member of a close-knit team. The position involves independent work in the great outdoors, with flexible scheduling options for full-time, part-time, and seasonal employees. The company emphasizes continuous learning and development, encouraging a 'learning by doing' approach. Previous experience in roles like general laborer, construction worker, landscaper, or groundskeeper is beneficial, but a 'can-do' attitude and willingness to be coached are most important.
