About The Position
Plant Healthcare is hiring a Lawn Care Laborer to provide lawn care and landscaping services. The role is suited to a hardworking person who enjoys outdoor, hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining outdoor spaces, and values teamwork. The position offers an immediate full-time opportunity with starting pay of $19.50–$20.00 per hour, based on experience. Work is outdoors in all seasons, and the company provides a vehicle and tools.
Requirements
- Landscaping experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience operating and maintaining equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to perform all job functions safely and efficiently.
- Strong communication skills for working with teammates and clients.
- Comfort working outdoors in all seasons.
- Ability to regularly lift 35–80 lbs.

- Landscaping experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform lawn care services, including mowing, edging, weed eating, blowing, and aeration.
- Use herbicides and plant materials; install mulch and pine straw; and remove leaves.
- Maintain landscaping tools and use them safely and effectively.
- Assist with other duties as needed.
