About The Position

Lawn Doctor of Denton is seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join their team as Lawn Care Technicians. In this role, you will be the face of the company in the field, helping customers achieve healthier, greener lawns while providing exceptional service. This is a hands-on position with full paid training provided, and no prior lawn care experience is necessary. Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to safely operate and maintain equipment
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a drug test and background check
Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service
Strong work ethic
Willingness to learn
Commitment to helping customers love their lawns

Responsibilities

Applying fertilizers, weed control products, and lawn treatments using ride-on and walk-behind equipment
Performing core aeration and seeding services
Communicating clearly and professionally with customers and the team
Maintaining equipment and assisting with basic shop tasks
Identifying customer needs and recommending beneficial additional services
Identify turf types, lawn stress, and common lawn diseases
Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and insecticides safely and effectively
Perform core aeration and seeding services that improve lawn health
Independently manage residential and commercial lawn care routes
