About The Position
Zaremba Equipment is seeking a Lawn & Garden / Small Engine Technician for their Gaylord, MI location. Zaremba Equipment has been serving the community for 108 years and operates out of a state-of-the-art facility with specialized tooling for technicians. While experience is preferred, they are willing to train the right candidate. This role involves repairing and servicing various small engine equipment, performing routine maintenance, diagnosing issues, and maintaining a clean work area. Customer service may also be required.
Requirements
- Willingness to learn
- Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in small engines
- Comfortable using hand tools
- Reliable and ready to work full time

Responsibilities
- Repair and service lawn mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, and other small engine equipment
- Perform routine maintenance like oil changes, blade sharpening, and tune-ups
- Diagnose basic engine and mechanical issues
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Provide friendly, helpful service to customers when needed
