About The Position

Our Front Office Representatives is the first friendly face a client sees walking through the Greenville office door and also serves as a Call Center Representative. Considering our tremendous growth, we are adding this new position to our Greenville, SC team. The ideal candidate would be a self-motivated person with the ability to multitask. Strong customer service skills needed in addition to general office duties.

Requirements

  • Strong interview and communication skills
  • Data entry skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • At least 2 years of office coordinator experience
  • Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) is strongly desired but not required
  • SC Notary license (or has the ability to become a Notary upon hiring)
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g. optical scanner)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service, sales, or call center experience also preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers and visitors to the office, ensuring guests are comfortable and are connected with the right office personnel
  • Managing schedules for conference and community spaces
  • Process incoming/outgoing mail and FedEx services
  • Administrative support to staff
  • Notarizing documents
  • Traveling to meet with clients for signups
