Murray Osorio, PLLC is a full-service immigration law firm representing clients in all areas of immigration law, including removal defense, family-based immigration, business immigration, and federal litigation. Our 10-week Summer Law Clerk Program is designed to give law students meaningful, hands-on exposure to immigration law. Law clerks rotate through our Affirmative, Defensive, Litigation, and Business teams, allowing them to experience different areas of immigration law while working directly with attorneys and clients. The program includes one week of orientation and training, three three-week rotations through our Affirmative, Defensive, Litigation, and Business teams, a dedicated attorney mentor during each rotation, opportunities to work directly with multiple attorneys across the firm, weekly skills-development sessions and substantive immigration-law training, and lunch-and-learn sessions and firm social events. Law clerks may assist with legal research and writing, affidavits and declarations, motions and briefs, client communication, case preparation, immigration applications and petitions, and litigation and appellate matters. Throughout the summer, law clerks will participate in substantive training sessions with attorneys throughout the firm, receive mentorship and feedback, and have opportunities to learn about the day-to-day practice of immigration law. Our goal is to identify outstanding law clerks for potential post-graduate associate opportunities with Murray Osorio.
